I was wondering if the farm that went under might be near us. There are a couple that are on the verge of going under. It looks like Edmonson (I think that's the one heading out towards Skowhegan), Rowbottom, and the Blaisdell farm might be the only ones really thriving. Just slice thin, put in a freezer bag and freeze. No blanching needed.
